Karbala (“the App”) is a Nauha, Marsiya and Manqabat lyrics and audio application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the App you agree to this policy.
Some tracks play audio through embedded YouTube content. When audio plays, your interaction is subject to Google/YouTube’s own terms and privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We do not share your account information with YouTube.
Account data is stored on our servers. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes — never in plain text. We use reasonable measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (hosting) or to comply with the law.
You can use the App as a guest without providing personal data. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below; we will delete your account data within a reasonable period.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
